Below shows which tools are required in setting your green walls up, along with some basic steps.
Tools required to setup your green walls are scissors, tape measure & a staple gun.
Use a tape measure to find the width and height of your wall. Round up to the nearest 0.1m to ensure full coverage
Calculating how many panels are needed
1. Multiply the width x height of your wall to get the total area (in m2)
2. Divide total area by your chosen panel size:
Example
Your wall is 6m wide x 2m high - Total area 12m2
Large panels (1m2) = 12 panels
Small panels (0.25m2) = 48 small panels
Order your desired green walls. Select from options of simplicity or creativity.
Place your first green wall in the corner of your space & we recommend working your way down to create one panel at a time.
Clip all pieces of the panels together using their integrated clips, which can be found on the back of each panel.
Use either staples of screws to hold the panels in place, depending on which surface you're fixing them to.
Leave overhang at the bottom for 24-hours before trimming the bottom in, as it will expand and contract over this timeframe.
Line your next panel to the right or left of the previous panel you have installed, until your wall is brought to life.
